For women who have spent years caring for others, four days in the Colorado mountains to finally receive that same care.
A spacious, immersive retreat rooted in reflection, embodiment, and the kind of connection that only happens when women gather with intention.
We'll spend four days together in a five-bedroom mountain cabin nestled in the forest just outside Rocky Mountain National Park — small enough that everyone is known, spacious enough that you can exhale.
With a small circle of women, the atmosphere feels intimate and welcoming. Shared meals around the table. Cozy corners for reflection. Mornings with coffee overlooking the trees. Evenings by the fire.
Outdoor spaces invite you to breathe deeply, wander gently, and take in the beauty of Estes Park, Colorado. It’s a setting that naturally encourages you to slow down and settle into yourself — supporting the work we’ll do together as you begin to hear yourself more clearly.
A home where conversations linger, silence feels nourishing, and you’re free to exhale.
This retreat is not a packed schedule. It's a spacious pause.
A gentle rhythm of guided experiences, meaningful conversation, and quiet time that is genuinely yours to use however you need it. Some women sleep. Some journal. Some wander. Some just sit by the fire and let themselves be still for the first time in years.
At the heart of the weekend are two guided workshops with Kristin — reflective experiences designed to help you reconnect with your body, deepen self-understanding, and explore what nourishment actually looks like for you right now.
Together, we’ll explore:
• Listening to the Wisdom of the Body — a gentle somatic exploration using breath, tapping, and havening practices paired with creative reflection
• Loving Ourselves Well — a compassionate exploration of what truly supports you, using the Four Tendencies framework, love languages, and Inner Compass cards
Throughout the weekend, these workshops are woven into a broader experience of rest, reflection, and connection.
Over our days together, you’ll also be invited into experiences such as:
• Nourishing, chef-prepared shared meals
• Sound meditation and grounding practices
• Aromatherapy rituals
• Mindful art experiences (no prior art experience needed)
• Gentle movement and moments of play
• Light hiking on nearby trails
• Optional on-site massage sessions (additional investment)
Between experiences, you’ll have intentional space to rest, soak in the hot tub, journal by the fire, visit the Nourishment Studio, wander into town, or simply sit in stillness.
The flow of the weekend is thoughtfully designed yet spacious — responsive to the group and attuned to what feels most nourishing in the moment.
Everything offered is invitational. You’ll always be encouraged to honor your own pace, preferences, and energy.
With a small circle of women, conversations unfold naturally, reflection feels unhurried, and each woman is truly known — not just present.
Morning coffee on the deck, hands wrapped around a warm mug, trees stretching out in every direction. No alarm. No agenda. Nowhere to be but here.
A gentle workshop that asks nothing of you but your honest presence. Time afterward to sit with what stirred, in your journal, on a quiet walk through the pines, or simply by the window watching the light change.
Lunch around a shared table where the conversation flows easily and no one is watching the clock. An afternoon that belongs entirely to you, losing yourself in color and texture during a mindful art experience, a soak in the hot tub, a wander into town, or a long conversation with a woman you just met and somehow already trust.
As the day softens, let sound wash over you, bowls and breath and the kind of stillness that reaches somewhere deep. Or step outside and simply let nature do what nature does.
Dinner by candlelight, the scent of something grounding in the air. The kind of meal where someone asks a question and two hours disappear.
An evening by the fire, unhurried and easy, before you make your way to bed in a mountain cabin where the quiet is the kind that actually restores you.
You'll wake up and do it again. And by the time Sunday morning comes, something in you will have shifted, quietly, without force, the way the best things always do.

During our time together, Kristin will lead two reflective workshop experiences designed to help you reconnect with yourself in deeper ways. These sessions weave together somatic awareness, thoughtful frameworks, and gentle creative exploration to support insight, clarity, and self-nourishment.
Each workshop offers space to slow down, listen inward, and explore what this season of life may be asking of you.
Many of us spend so much time in our thoughts and responsibilities that we lose connection with the quiet signals our bodies are offering.
In this guided somatic exploration, we’ll gently reconnect with the body through breath, gentle tapping, and havening practices designed to calm the nervous system and bring awareness back to the present moment. Through simple creative expression and reflection, you’ll have the opportunity to notice what your body has been holding — and what it may be asking for now.
This experience is not about doing anything “right.” It is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and rediscover the wisdom that has been within you all along.
Many women spend years caring for others while quietly setting their own needs aside. This workshop invites a compassionate exploration of what it truly means to care for ourselves with the same intention we offer those we love.
Using the Four Tendencies framework, love languages, and the Inner Compass Love cards, we’ll gently uncover the unique ways you are most supported — and what loving yourself well may look like in this season of life.
You’ll leave with greater clarity about what truly nourishes you and practical insights you can carry forward into daily life.
These sessions are designed as spaces for reflection, curiosity, and meaningful connection — not performance.
No prior experience is needed. Only a willingness to show up exactly as you are.

This retreat is for women who give a great deal of themselves in daily life — and who are quietly ready to receive some of that care back.
You might be navigating a transition. Or you might simply sense that something in you is asking for more space and attention than everyday life allows.
You can come with a friend, a sister, a daughter, a mother. Or on your own. Either way, you'll be welcomed into a small, warm circle where you're known — not just present.
The only thing required is a willingness to show up exactly as you are.
A retreat offers something that is genuinely hard to create in everyday life: uninterrupted space.
No to-do list pulling at you. No one needing something from you. No role to perform. Just you — your thoughts, your breath, your body, the beauty around you — and a small circle of women who are showing up for the exact same reason.
There is something that happens in that container that cannot happen in stolen moments between responsibilities.
You exhale in a way you didn't know you'd been holding.
You have conversations that go somewhere real.
You wake up in the morning with nowhere to be and nothing to prove — and you remember: oh. This is what it feels like to just be.
And that remembering? It travels home with you.
There is something that happens when women gather with intention that cannot be replicated anywhere else.
In a retreat container, away from roles, responsibilities, and the relentless pace of daily life, something in a woman relaxes that she didn't even know she was holding.
She feels seen. Truly seen. Not for what she does or who she is to everyone else. But for who she actually is.
She realizes she is not alone. That the things she thought made her strange or broken or behind are shared by the woman sitting across from her. And that realization, I am not the only one, is one of the most healing things a human being can experience.
She feels safe enough to explore. To reflect. To cry if she needs to. To laugh, really laugh. To say the things she hasn't said out loud yet because there was never quite the right space.
She gets to be herself. Fully. Without editing.
Research on female connection tells us that when women come together in genuine community, cortisol levels drop, oxytocin rises, and the nervous system regulation that happens in the presence of safe others is profound. We are literally wired for this kind of connection. And many of us are living in a deficit of it.
A retreat doesn't just give you a few days away. It gives you back something you didn't realize you'd been missing.
I know what some of you are thinking. It feels like a big investment. I'm not sure I can justify it.
I hear you. And I want to be completely honest with you:
I am not doing this retreat to make money. Truly. Nearly every dollar of your investment goes toward creating an experience worthy of the women who show up - the cabin, the nourishing meals, the facilitators, every intentional detail.
I am doing this because I believe with my whole heart in the importance of women having space to grow in the support of other women.
Because here is what I know happens when a woman steps into that kind of container:
Because here is what I know happens when a woman steps into that kind of container: She comes home to herself. Often for the first time in years.
She realizes she is not alone. That the things she thought were hers alone to carry are shared by the woman sitting across from her.
She comes home different. Not because something dramatic happened. But because something in her settled. She remembered herself.
That is worth investing in. You are worth investing in.
If you feel the quiet pull toward this time of nourishment, I would be honored to welcome you.
In this small, intentional retreat, each woman is thoughtfully supported and personally known.
Two lovely women had to step back, which means there's room for one or two more of you.
You'd have your choice: the queen room, all to yourself for the weekend ~ or the king suite, a spacious suite with private bath for yourself or shared with a friend or partner who wants to come alongside you.
If this has been sitting in the back of your mind, this might be the nudge. Send me a message and I'll walk you through what's left. 💙
