This page will guide you through reserving your place in this small, intentional circle for The Art of Nourishing Ourselves.
Estes Park sits at approximately 7,500 feet in elevation. For some, this can feel different than home, especially during the first day or two.
The retreat home is dog-friendly (no dogs will be present during the retreat, though dogs have previously stayed in the home). If you have significant dog allergies, please take a moment to consider whether this setting feels supportive for you.

Below is a summary of the cancellation and transfer policy, shared again here so you can reserve your place with clarity and confidence.
A $500 non-refundable deposit per participant secures your place in the retreat and your selected room type.
For rooms offering double occupancy and the bunk room, each participant submits their own deposit.
The remaining balance is due September 1, 2026.
Because retreat expenses are committed in advance, the deposit is non-refundable.
If your plans change, your deposit may be transferred to another participant (with approval) through August 31, 2026. After September 1, 2026, the full retreat balance is due and non-refundable.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to help protect your investment.
Once your deposit is received, I’ll personally follow up with two simple next steps ~ a short preferences form so I can care for you well, and the retreat agreement.
