An intimate four day retreat for women to reconnect, restore and nourish themselves in a serene setting.
We’ll gather in a beautiful five-bedroom cabin nestled in the forest just outside Rocky Mountain National Park. Surrounded by trees and mountain air, the home offers a sense of quiet, warmth, and ease ~ a place designed for rest, connection, and unhurried time together.
There are inviting community spaces for shared meals and conversation, cozy corners for reading or reflection, and outdoor areas to soak in the beauty of Estes Park. It’s a setting that naturally invites you to slow down and settle in.
The Art of Nourishing Ourselves is designed to feel spacious and unhurried ~ a gentle rhythm of guided experiences and workshops, with plenty of open time in between.
Over the weekend, you can expect:
Between experiences, there is generous space to rest, soak in the hot tub, journal, visit the Nourishment Studio, hike, explore the charming mountain town of Estes Park, or simply be.
The flow of the weekend is intentionally flexible and may evolve to best support the group and the moment.
Everything offered is invitational ~ you’ll always be encouraged to honor your own pace and needs.

In addition to the experiences woven throughout the weekend, I’ll guide two workshops designed to gently deepen your connection with yourself.
A somatic exploration using breath, gentle tapping, and havening practices, paired with creative expression. We’ll explore what it feels like to slow down, tune in, and bring the breath alive through art.
A reflective workshop focused on self-love and self-commitment. We’ll explore the Four Tendencies, love languages, and the Inner Compass Love cards to better understand how we care for ourselves ~ and what truly supports us.

This retreat is for those who are feeling called to slow down, reconnect, and tend to themselves with care.
Some women may arrive with a friend, sister, or mother. Others will come on their own ~ together, we will form a small, welcoming circle of women for the weekend.
No matter how you arrive, you’ll be met with warmth, openness, and a sense of belonging.
