This page will guide you through reserving your spot for 

The Art of Nourishing Ourselves retreat.

A Note for Comfort & Care


Estes Park sits at approximately 7,500 feet of elevation, which can feel different for some people.



The retreat home is also dog-friendly (no dogs will be present during the retreat, but dogs have stayed in the home previously). 


If you have a serious dog allergy or concerns about elevation, please take a moment to consider whether this retreat feels like the right fit.



Cancellation Details

Below is a summary of the cancellation and transfer policy, 

shared again here for clarity before reserving your spot.



A $500 non-refundable deposit per participant secures your spot in the retreat and your selected room type. For rooms offering double occupancy and the bunk room, each participant submits their own deposit.


The remaining balance is due October 1.


Because retreat expenses are committed in advance, the deposit is non-refundable. If your preferred room type is no longer available at the time of registration, you may choose an alternate room or receive a full refund of your deposit.


If your plans change, your deposit may be transferred to another participant (with approval) through September 30, 2026.


Travel insurance is strongly recommended to help protect your investment.


Next Steps

After submitting your deposit, you’ll receive a follow-up email with a short preferences form and the retreat waiver.
